Soccer Uniform Return

All,

Collecting uniforms has been a struggle over the years and is costing the CYO a ton of extra money for unreturned uniforms.  Therefore, we are doing something different this season...

UNIFORM Return Days:  There will be three days/nights that you can return uniforms IN-PERSON to the gym.  Each uniform MUST be in a sealed bag with the child's name and soccer coach written on the bag.  

Dates:

Wednesday Oct 30th from 6pm-9pm in the Gym

Thursday Oct 31st:  Immediately after dismissal for 1 hour.  

Friday Nov 1st:  6pm-9pm in the gym

What Happens if my child has a custom jersey with their name on it?   Simply return the shorts with a note explaining the uniform issue.  If they did not get shorts either, just email me an explanation at joe.sego@gmail.com 

We will be checking names off.  Anyone who fails to return a uniform will not be able to participate in future CYO sports until the uniform is returned.
